Day 01
: Arrive Delhi
:
On arrival met at the airport and transfer
to the hotel. O/N stay at Hotel.
Day 02
: Delhi :
Morning at lesiure.In the afternoon
birding at river yamuna. Possible sighting
of Black Headed Gull,Brown Headed Gull,Terns,Storks,river
Lapwing 4 to 5 species of prinia,Striated
Babbler and many others. O/N stay at
Hotel.
Day 03
: Delhi/Ranthambore
National Park :
Morning after breakfast transfer to
the Railway station time to catch train
for Sawai Madhopur,the nearest station
to Ranthambore National Park.Arrive
Sawai Madhopur at 1315 Hrs. Transfer
to the hotel. PM : Game Drive in the
Park.Over night at the hotel.
Day 04
: Ranthambore
National Park :
AM : Game drive in the park.Later birding
outside the park,Looking for Painted
Sandgrouse, Chestnut-Bellied Sandgrouse
Larks, Pipits and Painted Spurfowl.
PM: Game Drive in the Park. Overnight
at hotel.
Day 05
: Ranthambore
National Park :
Morning excursion to Soorwal Dam(7 kms
) for birding. At Soorwal Dam, beside
many other species, look for Indian
Courser and Eurasion Thick-Knee. PM
: Game drive in the park. Overnight
at the hotel.
Day 06
: Ranthambore
National Park/ Bharatpur :
AM: Game drive in the park.Later Transfer
to the Railway Station to board to Bharatpur
at 1250 Hrs. Arrive Bharatpur at 1530
Hrs, Transfer to the Hotel. Rest of
the day visit Keoladeo National Park,
Bharatpur.Over night at hotel.
Day 07
: Bharatpur
:
Full day birding in the park (walk,
rickshaw, Boat) after early breakfast
leave to the park for bird. Nearly 400
species are found in the park including
migrants,local migrants and resident.
Species commonly seen includes Storks,Owl,warblers,
Harrier and Eagles. Parked lunch would
be provided in the park.Over night at
the Hotel.
Day 08
: Bharatpur
:
Full day birding in the park, specially
look for Nightjar, Bittern Dusky Eagle
Owl, Brown Hawk owl, Siberian Rubythroat
and others. Over night at the hotel.
Day 09
: Bharatpur
:
Excursion to Bundh Baretha ( dam ),
45 Kms from Bharatpur.Birding at Dam,
look for Indian skimmer, White Capped
Bunting beside many other species. Over
night at hotel.
Day 10
: Bharatpur/Agra
:
morning departure to Agra(56 kms) Enroute
visit Fatehpur sikri, The deserted city
of great Mughal Emperor Akbar. Continue
drive to Agra. Upon arrival check in
at the hotel. PM : sight seeing tour
of Agra,visit red Fort and Taj Mahal.
Over night at hotel.
Day 11
: Agra/Corbett
National Park (Quality Inn) :
Morning drive to Corbett National park,
Enroute stop at river Ganges to look
for river Dolphins and birds. Continue
drive to corbett,Upon arrivel check
in at the hotel. Rest of the day birding
near resort. Over night at hotel
Day 12
: Corbett National
Park(Quality Inn) :
Full day birding near river Kosi and
Kumeria Forest. look for Ibis bill,
Brown Dipper, Forktails, Leafbirds,
Tits and Sunbirds.Over night at the
resort.
Day 13
: Corbett(Quality
Inn)/Dhikala :
Transfer to the Dhikala forest rest
house.PM: birding and Game viewing by
jeep. Over night at rest House.
Day 14
: Dhikala :
AM: Game viewing by jeep/Elephant. PM:
same . Rest of the day birding from
watch tower and river Ramganga, Look
for the Pallas's Fish eagle,White Tailed
eagle, Lesser fish eagle, Harriers,
several species of woodpeckers, bulbuls
leafbirds and warblers. Over night at
rest House.
Day 15
: Dhikala/Corbett
(Quality Inn) :
AM: birding at Dhikala, later transfer
to Corbett. Birding on the way.Over
night at the resort.
Day 16
: corbett/Nainital
:
Morning transfer to Nainital, Birding
on the way. Check in at the Hotel. Overnight
at Hotel.
Day 17
: Nainital :
Full day birding at snow view area and
Killbery, looking for Lammergeier, Thrushes,
Treecreepers, Sunbirds,tits, and other
birds.Over night at hotel
Day 18
: Nainital :
Day excursion to sattal for birding.Over
night at the Hotel.
Day 19
: Nainital/Corbett
(Claridges Hideway) :
Transfer to Corbett, Enroute stop at
Mongolly valley for birding here you
can find Thrushes, Eurasion Jay, Red
billed blue magpie, Chestnut headed
tesia, scaly breasted wren babbler and
other species. Continue drive to Corbett,
Check inn at the Resort.Over night at
resort.
Day 20
: Corbett (Claridges
Hideway) :
AM: Game viewing by jeep in Bijrani
of Corbett Park. PM: Same
Day 21
: Corbett/Delhi
:
Transfer to Delhi Arrival Delhi, Rooms
in the Hotel for washup Farewell Dinner
than transfer to the Airport for onward
flight.
