Day 1 - Arrive Calcutta
Get a warm welcome at the Calcutta airport and the representatives would escort you towards the hotel for the three night stay. Take rest for the day and get ready for the exclusive tour.
Day 2 - In Calcutta
The morning would start with exploring of the two local spice and vegetable markets. As the region is famous for Bengali sweets, try some delicious sweets at the local shops. Enjoy the afternoon at Victoria Memorial which is considered as the 'Taj Mahal' of the region. The park opposite to the Victoria Memorial is famous for serving excellent snacks and Bengali foods. 'Jhal Moori' is a local favorite made up of puffed rice, potatoes and cucumber. Rejuvenate yourself at the private residence that serves some typical Bengali meal. The typical Bengali meal may start with rice, lentil and bhaja along with fish and large estuary prawns. Bengali meals have sweet end by serving some exquisite Bengali sweets.
Day 3 - In Calcutta
Start the morning with a visit to historical important temple of 'Kalighat'. The temple is dedicated to goddess Kali by the local community. Satisfy your appetite desire at the Colonial Tollygunj Club. The place serves excellent Anglo-Indian lunch with a taste of ancient India.
Day 4 - To Hyderabad
Fly to the city of Nawabs, Hyderabad, where you will be engaged for two nights. Make a visit to the vegetable markets and spice market near the Charminar. Enjoy the tastes of the local food that are still prepared in earthen vessels. Taste some of the Hyderabadi delights like saindhi (palm toddy), chakna (spicy offal stew), and fresh sheermals (fluffy oven bread). A typical Hyderabadi meal near the Charminar would be an unforgettable cuisine throughout your life.
Day 5 - In Hyderabad
Second day at Hyderabad would start with a visit to the famous Golconda Fort and beautiful tombs of the Qutab Shahi Kings. The afternoon would be spent leisurely at the famous Salar Jung Museum. Make a complete day by relishing over a delicious Hyderabadi cuisine in the evening.
Day 6 - Hyderabad - Delhi
Take a flight to the Capital City, New Delhi for a two nights stay. The afternoon is engaged in visiting the famous Qutab Minar, Humanyun's Tomb and few local markets. Engage yourself in tasting delicious Mughlai dinner at any local restaurant.
Day 7 - In Delhi
Explore the capital city by foot or by bicycle rickshaw to capture and enjoy every moment. Make a visit to the Jama Masjid and narrow lanes of Kinari Bazaar by rickshaw. Take a walk around the 'paratha wala' gali that serves delcious stuffed breads or fried in clarified butter. Visit the Khari Baoli that is famous for nuts, spice, pickle and chutney shops. Spend the evening at a local restaurant that serves delicacies from North-West Frontier cuisine.
Day 8 - Delhi - Udaipur
Take a flight to city of palaces, Udaipur for two night stay. Spend your afternoon exploring the old city market, narrow lanes and streets that exhibits domestic, utensils, spices and jaggery. Enjoy some exotic drinks and cocktails along with dinner at the Royal Barge, the 'Ganguar' cruising on Lake Pichola.
Day 9 - In Udaipur
Morning in Udaipur starts with visit to some old and grand palaces like City Palace, Maharanas of Mewar and Saheliyon ki Baadi. Take a sumptuous dinner and enjoy a typical Rajasthani thali at the Shiv Niwas Palace.
Day 10 - To Ahmedabad
Take a trip to the capital city of Gujarat, Ahmedabad. During the journey, view the historical monument 'Sun Temple' standing tall since 11th century. Ahmedabad is exclusively for vegetarians.
Day 11 - In Ahmedabad
Start the day with visit to famous Calico Museum, the Shreyas Crafts Museum and the Adalaj Baoli. Enjoy the evening viewing the World's unique and largest Utensil Museum 'Vishala'. After the visit, sip a non-alcoholic sharbat and delicious local meal.
Day 12 - Ahmedabad - Chennai
Fly to Chennai for two nights stay. The city is full of colonial sights that can be explored in the afternoon. Make a wonderful evening by having a Chettinad meal at a private residence.
Day 13 - Chennai
Visit the beautiful village 'Mamallapuram' to view the famous rock cut temples and sea shores temple. Enjoy the evening witnessing the cultural and traditional banana leaf dining experience.
Day 14 - Cochin - Thekaddy
Take a flight to Cochin and get placed at Thekaddy for two nights stay. Visit the famous spicy market of Kumily village or take a exciting boat cruise on Lake Periyar.
Day 15 - Thekaddy
Explore the Cardamom Auction centre at Vandanmedu. During a way back to Thekaddy, see the cardamom and planting of herbs at Spice Board Research Station in Myladumpara. Witness the making of traditional Keralan meal and enjoy the delicious local food.
Day 16 - Thekaddy - Kumarakom
Enjoy the drive towards the resort in Kumarakom viewing the exotic spice hills and idyllic backwaters of Kerala. Take a cruise on the 'kettuvallom', the traditional boat of Kerala in the evening.
Day 17 - Kumarakom - Alleppy
Grab a leisurely breakfast and accelerate your self for a backwater cruise towards Alleppy. After the cruise, head towards the private plantation with a surprise lunch from the planter's family. Overnight in at House boat.
Day 18 - Cochin
Cruise towards the Cochin for an overnight stay. Enjoy exploring the harbour port by boat and on foot. Visit the small fish market towards the St. Francis church. Continue the tour viewing the great Mattencherry Palace and see the famous antique shops on the busy streets of Jew town. Entertain yourself by watching the traditional classic dance, 'Kathakali'.
Day 19 - Cochin - Goa
Take a flight for land of beaches, Goa for a three nights stay. Taste some of the exotic delicacies of Goan cuisine that includes wide range of seafood, rice and coconut. Take a leisure walk along the silver beaches of Goa in the evening.
Day 20 - In Goa
The morning at the Goa starts with a visit to Old city that includes the Basilica of Bom Jesus, the Se Cathedral and the Viceroy's arch. Make sure that you don't miss the spectacular views of places like Panaji, Fontainhas, Patto Bridge and the river Mandovi. Take an authentic Goan meal at any of the local restaurant to complete a worthy Goa journey.
Day 21 - In Goa
The last day at Goa is spend leisurely. Sip some of the exotic cocktails and have a typical Goan dinner at a private residence.
Day 22 - Goa - Mumbai - Departure
Mark your flight back to Mumbai to connect to the International flight back home.
